I've been to the last three Drink and Draws in a row, but I'm only just now going to start uploading stuff I draw there. The cool thing is that since I'm drawing whatever I want, I can improvise as I go along. I had no idea what she was going to be holding until I drew her hands. Hopefully it registers as what it's supposed to be, which is chalking a pool cue. Obviously, had I known that was what it was going to be I would have planned it better, but the best thing about these exercises is having no idea, because in the end, who gives a crap, as long as you have fun.
I'm going to try posting what I draw weekly at the Drink and Draws, as well as my weekend drawings, which I've been pretty good at over the past four weeks (the reason why I haven't posted two of them is because they're covers for Marvel that haven't been released yet )
Nice! I love the energy in the pencils. Your finished work for Marvel always looks clean and polished, so it's really nice to see the energy in the sketchier pieces too.
Incidentally, we're having our first Drink 'n' Draw here in Kuala Lumpur tonight. Should be fun!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Art is completely subjective. Your appearance is not, so clean it up a little before you come back here again.
